Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using Propo (the “Service”) at www.getpropo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is owned and operated by Teqnoman Web Solutions Private Limited(“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Propo is a product name and brand of the Company.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Propo is a web based software as a service (SaaS) platform that helps freelancers, agencies, and businesses create:

• Proposals and quotations
• Scopes of work and client documents
• AI assisted written content for business use
• Branded exports, including PDF documents

Features may change, expand, or be limited during beta, early access, or waitlist periods. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it updated. Notify us promptly at hello@getpropo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• Circumvent access controls, usage limits, or billing mechanisms
• Use the Service to generate spam, malware, or misleading client communications
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for conduct that risks the Service, other users, or third parties.

Propo uses artificial intelligence to suggest and generate text, structure, and pricing related content. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific client, industry, or jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all proposals, quotations, and documents before sending them to clients. The Company does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice through the Service.

Do not rely on AI generated content as a substitute for professional judgment or compliance obligations applicable to your business.

The Service, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Teqnoman Web Solutions Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

You retain ownership of content you input and documents you create (“User Content”). You grant us a license to host, process, and display User Content solely to operate, improve, and secure the Service, including processing through AI systems as described in our Privacy Policy.

Paid plans, pricing, and billing cycles are displayed on the Service (including INR pricing for users in India). By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge applicable fees.

• Fees are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled
• Failed payments may result in suspension of paid features
• Refunds are handled according to our published refund policy or applicable law

We may change pricing with notice before changes apply to your next billing cycle. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

You may cancel a paid subscription through your account settings or by contacting hello@getpropo.com. Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non payment, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions of these Terms survive.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood that policy.

You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to input client and business information into the Service, including compliance with applicable data protection laws.

We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, third party outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.

We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. Beta or early access features may be less stable than generally available features.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Teqnoman Web Solutions Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) INR 5,000, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Teqnoman Web Solutions Private Limited from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in product notice.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, courts in courts of Jamnagar, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, unless otherwise required by law.
