All traffic between you and Propo is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS). Data moving between our services is protected in transit.

Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing — never in plain text. Access to your account requires your credentials.
Reliable infrastructure
Propo runs on reputable cloud infrastructure with managed security, monitoring, and regular platform updates.
Access controls
Internal access to production systems and customer data is restricted on a least-privilege, need-to-know basis.
Secure payments
Payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN.
Backups & resilience
We take regular backups and design for resilience so your proposals and data stay available and recoverable.
Your data is yours
Ownership and privacy
You own the proposals and content you create on Propo. We process your data only to provide and improve the service, and we never sell it. Our handling of personal data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy, aligned with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
